Vrumble App Launched, Video Released

After waiting for Apple to approve the app on the Apple Store, Nevada County-based Tesuji Games has released Vrumble. Alongside the app release, Riparian Studios is happy to finally release a hype video produced to promote the app. The video follows app users as they game, share moments, and host a live show.

Aeron Miller, project lead on the Tesuji side, was quick to share some positive words about the experience of working with Riparian Studios. "[They were] a joy to work and collaborate with. Clear, energetic, and a beautiful finished product!"

Filmed entirely on location in Nevada City and Grass Valley, CA, the hype video features a few prominent local sites, including Forest Charter School and Center of Movement. It also showcases a cross section of local talent who were game to spend some time on screen for the local app maker. The crew consisted of Kit Kohler as the writer/producer and editor, and Val Camp as cinematographer and drone operator. Motion graphics and compositing work was provided by Jarratt Moody, another local video professional.

Creating a hype video for this newly released app was as much of a blast as it was challenging. Our mission was to show as many use cases of this immersive, feature rich app as possible in one minute. Incorporating live action and motion graphics, Riparian Studios was able to deliver an upbeat final video that matches the pace of this energetic app.
